As part of Capago’s commitment to conducting business with integrity, there is a zero-tolerance stance on bribery and corruption.
This applies to all business activities in any country where Capago operates.

The purpose of this policy is to provide all visa applicants and third parties with a dedicated communication channel to report any cases of unethical behaviour, fraud, bribery, or corruption.

Capago is committed to taking strong measures to prevent and detect corruption within its business.
All clients and employees are encouraged to report suspicions of bribery or corruption, or to seek advice from management on related issues.

Capago is obligated to report any suspicious activity on its websites, within branches, or wherever applicable.
Anyone found tampering with signage promoting the whistleblower policy will face disciplinary procedures as per the catalogue of offences.

4. Investigation

Investigations into bribery and corruption are conducted independently and objectively.
The process focuses on gathering sufficient and reliable information to prove or disprove allegations received.
The results of investigations determine subsequent actions.

Capago commits to allocating the necessary resources during the investigation phase, including:

  • The investigative team,
  • Top management, and
  • Any relevant parties deemed necessary.

All aspects will be investigated thoroughly through this joint procedure.
Investigations will continue until a result is achieved and are expected to be completed within 30 working days, unless extended for further inquiry.
Capago reserves all rights regarding timeframes and procedures during investigations.

  2. Date of the incident.
  3. Detailed description of what happened.
  4. Name or description of the person involved.
  5. Role of the person involved.
